I have been tweaking (changing the look, feel, advertising placement and navigation) iwebis for the last few weeks little by little. I usually don’t announce when I am going to tweak or that I have tweaked after I have made changes.
I think part of becoming a successful blogger means you need to be willing to make changes when necessary. If an income source is not making you money then it is important to explore other options. If there are things about the navigation and design that could be improved I believe it’s important to be sensitive the needed changes.
I have wondered whether I should be announcing changes or not. Are my readers interested in finding out why I added or removed something? Some changes are so insignificant that I don’t think readers would care but other times I do make some major changes.
I will probably continue to make changes without announcing them as long as I feel the change is best for this site and the readers. What do you think? Do you announce changes made to your blog?

I don’t announce changes, though I only have a few readers. I think if it’s something big, your readers will tell you if they love it or hate it. I think it would annoy me if someone let me know every single time they made a change, but it would be ok if it was major. Just my $.02.
