For this week I decided to check out Apsense again. I joined Apsense a few months ago but never really did anything with my account. Now that I am attempting to earn the title of Queen of Social Networking I decided this was a great time to look into it’s benefits. Apsense is a business social network that has a decent following.

Business networks usually have a huge problem with members primarily contributing advertisement for their business. Everyone thinks they have discovered the best business opportunity and want to share it with the rest of the world. Though many businesses are legitimate and even many times worth looking into it’s very difficult to be apart of a network that all about people looking out for themselves. Apsense does have this type ‘it’s all about me marketing’ going on but there is a lot of good networking going on as well.

As I have mentioned before I find networks that allow you to join and create groups the most useful for this branding project. Networking with the right people is one of the most important tips I can give you thus far. By that I don’t mean network to exclude but instead network with the intention to find people with the same interests. This is why I like the idea of joining and creating groups. I can network directly with the people with the same interests instead of hoping that out of the hundreds of friends I have acquired that some share the same interests.

So, in true queen fashion I have jumped to an authority position and created a few colonies, I mean groups .
