		<description>Yes, my whole reason for starting my web site (long before blogs existed was to promote and learn about improving managing).  Granted this isn't interesting to most people but it is to me.  I did so for years without any significant money coming in.  I still like to see others making use of the information I provide.  The money is nice too now but it is secondary to doing something I think is worthwhile.</description>
