I haven’t done the monthly progress reports like I had planned. I basically forgot last month, sorry :(. So here is the progress since May 30th.
The purpose of these reports is the share information that can help other bloggers learn from iwebis successes and sometimes failures. I also want you all to know that the progress made on iwebis was not acquired by asking/begging for links or exchanges of any kind. Though I don’t think all link exchanges are bad I do wish for iwebis to gain popularity the good old fashion way - by interest in good content.

Originally I had planned the income report to appear on my Time To Budget blog once a month. But, when I post the income report for iwebis on Time To Budget everyone got confussed and thought I was reporting income from Time To Budget. So I will now be posting income reports for iwebis on iwebis.

From Kontera > .05 ( not much of a money maker for this blog)

So as you can see the income is coming slowing but that was expected. I expect things to pick up a little more once iwebis acquires a page rank. iwebis is still young and since my approach to creating a successful blog is “slow and steady”, I am happy with the results.

Yours were some of the first posted stats that I’ve seen, and I still like to look at them. I want to know how to get Google backlinks, because for some reason I have tons of Yahoo.
But get this…when I search for my site on Yahoo it doesn’t appear! Only on Google. I don’t know what’s up with that. I want to boost my Alexa too, mine is 466,000 or something. You’ve done some good work and I enjoy watching your progress. Will you join us for the Blogger Bash/Luncheon next year in Paris? It celebrates the bloggers who have “made it” over the next upcoming year.

The reason you don’t have any Google backlinks is because your site is not in their search engine directory yet. If your site is fairly new and you have submitted it to Google then you have to wait for the next update to see any backlinks. But if people are linking to your site then it will appear in the search results. This will also show if you have a page rank. I think the way Yahoo works is by picking up any links to your site. I think it includes comment links also. I did a search on your domain name (mynewhustle.com) and got 8 results on Yahoo.
