Making Money Blogging - Kontera Is Back

I decided to bring contentlink advertising back to iwebis. I was using Kontera for a few weeks after I first launched iwebis and then decided to remove it after I read an article discouraging the use of it. Well after I researched my earnings from Kontera a little more I discovered I was actually earning more with Kontera than with Google Adsense.

My concern with using Kontera is that I will irritate my readers with the pop up link type advertising. However I have seen many well-know blogs now using Kontera and they don’t seem to be having a problem with it. I have seen a few income reports and other blogs that would suggest that most blog readers are not really bothered by this type of advertising.

So I decided to test this type of income source again to see what happens. I know some people will be put off by the inclusion of Kontera but I hope it will not cause you to stop reading iwebis. The testing period will run from June 25th - July 25th. My plan is to watch the my readership numbers, visitor count as well as the Kontera income.

Your input is always welcome.

But no Kontera popups in this article, right? I’m relatively new to blogging and trying to learn all of the AMAZING array of things one can do with one’s blog so your articles have been helpful. T.

If you didn’t notice anything different Terry that is probably a good thing ;). Kontera are the double lined links you see mostly on the home page. I am glad my articles have been helpful to you.
